Getting started

How do I create an account?
Click Sign Up in the top right of any page. We support one-click sign-in with Google — no passwords required. Your progress syncs automatically across every device you sign in on.
Is LearnLab free?
Yes — every subject ships with a free tier covering the core experiments. A small set of advanced labs and detailed progress reports live behind an optional paid plan.
What's the right age range?
Designed for ages 12–18. The interface scales: younger students can poke around while older students dig into the underlying equations and proofs.
Which subjects are covered?
Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, and Biology — with 53+ interactive labs across them at launch. We add new experiments roughly every two weeks.
Do I need to install anything?
No downloads. LearnLab runs entirely in your browser — Chrome, Safari, Edge, or Firefox — on any tablet or desktop.

Account & billing

How do I reset my password?
LearnLab uses Google sign-in, so we don't store passwords. To change the password on your Google account, head to your Google Account settings.
How do I upgrade or cancel my plan?
Open Settings → Billing from your avatar in the top right. You can change plans, swap payment methods, or cancel at any time — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Do you offer a family plan?
Yes — the free family plan covers up to three children under one parent account, with separate progress tracking for each.
Can I get a refund?
Within 14 days of any paid upgrade, write to contact@classbridge.in and we'll refund in full, no questions asked.
How is my data used?
We store only what's needed to sync your progress. We never sell data, never advertise to students, and never share with third parties beyond essential payment and infrastructure providers.

Experiments

Do experiments save my progress automatically?
Yes — once you're signed in, every change you make in a simulation is checkpointed every few seconds. You can resume from any device, anytime.
Can I reset an experiment to its defaults?
Yes. Every lab has a "Reset to defaults" button in the top right corner of the workspace. Resets are non-destructive — your previous run is saved in the side panel under History.
Why don't experiments work on my phone?
By design. Simulations need room to breathe — sliders, live graphs, and side panels all benefit from screen real estate. We support tablets and desktops only.
Are the simulations based on real physics?
Yes — every experiment runs on actual equations, not pre-baked animations. Change a variable, the math recomputes in real time.

For schools

Do you offer institutional licenses?
Yes. Schools and tuition centres can get bulk access plus a teacher dashboard. Write to partnerships@classbridge.in for pricing.
Which curricula are aligned?
Labs are tagged against CBSE, ICSE, IGCSE, IB MYP/DP, and NGSS. Teachers can filter by syllabus and topic from the lab library.
Can I use LearnLab for live classroom demos?
Yes — there's a fullscreen Demo mode that hides side panels and is optimised for projector use. No student logins required for view-only sessions.
Do you provide teacher training?
Onboarding sessions are included with any institutional license. We run them remotely, in 60-minute slots, with a hands-on Q&A at the end.

Technical issues

A simulation is running slowly. What do I do?
Most slowdowns come from background tabs eating GPU. Close other tabs, then click the ⚙ Performance menu in the simulation and switch to "Lite" rendering. If it persists, report it via Contact Us.
Which browsers are supported?
Chrome, Safari, Edge, and Firefox — all on their most recent two major versions. Internet Explorer is not supported.
I'm seeing a blank screen on a lab.
Try a hard refresh (Cmd/Ctrl + Shift + R). If that doesn't fix it, your browser may be blocking WebGL — check Settings → Privacy → Site permissions, and allow hardware acceleration.
Can I use LearnLab offline?
Not yet — simulations need a network connection so progress can sync. We're working on an offline mode for tablets; expected late 2026.
